1、 GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This machine is used to draw 1.7－5.0mm aluminum wires from 9.5mm (12mm) aluminum wire rods. . The drawing blocks are mounted in one row. The constant-speed wheel and the other 12 drawing block are driven by two motors respectively. Such design makes easy operation and change dies quickly.

4.12 Payoff stand consists of column, cantilever and steering roller.

4.2 Main drawing machine
4.2.1 Type: slip type. 13-die aluminum wire drawing machine with drawing blocks of the same

4.2.2 The machine consists of trough for cooling and circulation of drawing emulsion, gearbox,
lubrication system, constant speed wheel, main motor and the motor for the constant
speed wheel.

which prevent lubricant from overflowing.
4.2.9 The drawing blocks and drawing dies are lubricated and cooled by immersion and
spraying. Drawing emulsion supply and heat exchange cooling system are also offered.
4.2.10 In order to prevent the machine from working without lubrication, an alarm for absence
of oil is provided. When a signal of absence of oil is sent, the whole machine will stop.
